Send useful feedback

Choose Send Feedback to share a description of the problem together with an optional privacy-safe diagnostic summary. The summary excludes podcast titles, episode titles, URLs, listening history, bookmarks, searches, and account information.

Protect your library

Use Settings → Export Backup to save subscriptions, playlists, playback progress, queue, history, bookmarks, and settings. Downloaded media is not included in the backup.

Playback or download trouble

Check your network connection and open Settings → Background Activity to review active, waiting, or failed downloads. Earchelon automatically preserves the playback queue across normal restarts.
